Dan Rather Investigates Neuro-Plasticity and Gamma Waves with the Dalai Lama
In a previous post I discussed gamma wave activity and asked the question, “How can increased gamma wave activity affect your mind?”
This series of investigative videos on neuro-plasticity, narrated by Dan Rather, offers some very interesting insights into the real scientific experimentation happening around the world in the field of noetic science.
Segments one and two of the video series focus on the mental study, via FRMI machines, of a group of monks who follow the Dalai Lama. These are lifelong monks have who have mastered the ability to raise their gamma wave activity.
Gamma waves in your brain vibrate at a higher frequency, so what does this mean to you?
Enjoy the video…
It is well known that as we move up the frequency ladder of the electromagnetic field, the energiy carried by each frequency wave increases. Light waves have more energy than sounds waves, and x-rays have more energy than ultra-violet waves.
It was believed there were 4 major types of brain waves:
Beta Waves – (14 – 40Hz)
Alpha Waves – (8-14Hz)
Theta Waves – (4-7Hz)
Delta Waves – (0.1 – 4Hz)
These experiments in the Dan Rather investigative report on the Dalai Lama and gamma wave activity clearly shows there are even higher levels of brain activity which can be achieved.
Gamma waves oscillate in the 25 – 70Hz range!
The question is what can we do with these heightened levels of energy? Can we achieve higher states of awareness?
In the electromagnetic spectrum, the higher waves…like x-rays…have the ability to move through matter…could higher brain waves merge with other’s higher brain waves and communicate in another spectrum of our time dimension?
What will you do with this information?

Thanks, once again, for finding and sharing the video with Dan Rather and neuroplasticity of the brain. Something I will certainly share with my readers as well. Also, in my ebook “The Spiritual Circuit,” I say that the brain can change, that people can change the way their brains respond to their world, etc. This certainly adds fuel to that fire. Thanks. Your loyal reader, Bob
Hi Dr Bob,
I miss Dan Rather…having grown up with his voice and investigative style, it’s almost warming to hear that voice again. Through the process of writing my upcoming book, I invested a lot of time into the learning how to change the way my mind works…I’m evolving…and you can too!
