Culture Shift and Writing Challenges – An American in Australia
Creating and editing my posts over the past few weeks has been a challenge because, as an American living in Australia for the past nine years, I’ve switched the ‘z’ to ‘s’ in my visual representation of language.
So, I’m having to reverse engineer my spelling:
realise = realize theorise = theorize
memorise = memorize, etc…
If you find the z/s issue in any of my posts, please chuckle with me…and leave a comment.
