No Pain, No Gain – It Hurts to Grow
“I now find my normal daily level of contentment, or vibration, seems to be on a gradual and continuous increase.
This doesn’t stop the stumbles or the pain, but my perception of these variations is changing, due to the increasing ability to control my emotional reactions.
I now take the time to contemplate the reflections I want to receive, so the reflections coming into my experience are indeed evolving.
The true pain presents itself once you think you’ve mastered the emotion; you must test yourself. The modern mystic does not live in a cave or on a mountain and neither do you.
I’ve accomplished many things in my life, but have never felt more empowered than the first time I stood down my emotional demon.
Though my first attempt to stand it down was unsuccessful…”
