So who the hell is ShoeMoney?
He (and his empire) are one of the best known internet marketers on the planet, and he’s shouting (Aussie for “paying for something”) an awesome trip to the Affiliate Summit West in Las Vegas next year!
And I want to roll with the Shoe for 3 days of learning, connecting and having fun!
I’ve been trying my hand at internet marketing in its various forms since 2010 and have actually made a little cash, but the big bux comes from building a network of like-minded professional marketers, and living in Australia makes it a bit hard to get those types of connections, so this is an awesome chance to meet and network with the guys on the “inside”.
And after watching ShoeMoney’s presentation last year (even though he was about to puke) I learned an awesome lesson in how one man CAN make a difference when you put your mind to it and make something happen!
Yes the parties will be fab, yes the blackjack hand will be exciting, yes having never been to Las Vegas; a 5 star trip will be awesome, but the best part of wining this gig is the networking opportunities!
Having said that, it’s also not all about the money. Shoe donates 10’s of thousands of dollars to charities every year and being able to contribute to this effort in 2011 would be something I’d be proud to be involved with.
I started my own business last year, so have been living hand to mouth for the last 18 months but it’s been worth it!
So getting a chance to hang out with real entrepreneurs who care about others would be totally awesome!
I won’t even mention the Playboy Mansion party – ooops I just did….can you imagine hanging with Hef himself? Wow! What an awesome giveaway!
Shoe, I’m older than you (and probably all of your staff) so maybe with age comes some lessons for you as well….but I still party like a fiend to the chagrin of my peers…;)
